The Responsible Center brings together the supervisor tools used to understand responsible-member activity and to assign responsibility for courses. Use the two articles in this chapter as step-by-step guides the first time you open either page.
Choose the right page
- Responsible analytics explains how to select people and dates, read every chart and resource indicator, review records, notes, reports, performances and tasks, and print the information you need.
- Course responsible Center explains how to search and filter courses, read the cards and columns, assign, transfer or remove a responsible person, manage notes and alerts, check availability and historical workload, print the list, and work with tasks.
Before you begin
Open these pages with a supervisor account that has access to the relevant organization and members. Information shown on screen depends on your access rights and on the records available for the selected people, courses and dates.
When changing a course responsibility, confirm the selected course and person before saving. If an alert option is offered, use it when the newly assigned person needs to be notified.
