Quick safety checklist

Before making or communicating a supervisory decision:

  1. Confirm whether the information is selected-member or organization-wide.
  2. Confirm the member, course and date range.
  3. Compare counts with activity volume and time period.
  4. Treat ranking and relative-performance charts as investigation aids, not standalone quality judgments.
  5. Review notes, reports, course progress and recommendation attempts where relevant.
  6. Before changing responsibility, verify both the current and the new responsible member.
  7. Decide deliberately whether an alert should be sent.
  8. Confirm that the card or row shows the saved result.
  9. Record necessary follow-up in a note or task.
