| Message or symptom | What to do |

| “Impossible task in the past!” | Lessons can only be placed today or later. |
| “Impossible task!” | Drop the lesson exactly on a half-hour slot of the calendar. |
| “The group is already schedule at the same time…” | Another lesson of the group overlaps. Move one of them. |
| “Select an activity type first!” | Click an activity type tile (normally Ground). |
| “Duration exceed midnight!” | Choose an earlier start time. |
| “This project can not be modified! It is Closed!” | Reopen the project from the Projects window. |
| “No Project schedules to sync!” | Nothing remains to synchronize in the chosen period. |
| A lesson stays in STOP | Read the reasons in the results, fix the room, instructor, or time, and synchronize again. Use Bypass or Force Synchronize only for member conflicts you accept. |
| Synchronize is greyed out | The lesson has no instructor or no resource. |
| Delete or Un-sync is greyed out | The lesson is past or started, or it belongs to another group’s project. |
Administrator checklist
- ☐ Project created for the right group, with a clear title
- ☐ Project resources and extra groups selected
- ☐ All course lessons placed (faded lessons in the list show what is already planned)
- ☐ No red “No instructor or resource set” icons left
- ☐ Competency check run in the Grid list (no red marks)
- ☐ Simulation run with no unexpected STOP
- ☐ Synchronized for the next period, with notifications as desired
- ☐ Weekly TIMETABLE printed or shared with students
- ☐ Project closed when the course ends
