I cannot see the Attendance tab
Your profile likely does not include attendance access.
A context action is missing
Some actions appear only for open sessions, selected rows, or roles with required permissions.
A Dashboard count does not follow the selected Period
Live cards and the Needs attention list describe currently open enrolments. The Period applies to new and closed figures, trends, and closure reasons.
The Dashboard will not load
Wait for the loading request to finish, then click Refresh. If an error appears, confirm your session is still active and retry. Also review the course, group, responsible, and Period filters.
AI information is missing from the Dashboard
AI cards and columns appear only when the feature is available, supporting data exists where required, and your role is authorized. Treat AI status as decision support and validate it against official training records.
Session closure is blocked
Review time values, attendee status, score fields (if required), and lesson/resource requirements.
