The list opens with Open selected in the Closed filter. By default, tasks are ordered by Start date from oldest to newest. Tasks without a Start date appear after dated tasks.
The exact width of the list depends on the page. On some operational pages, use the horizontal scroll bar to reach columns on the right.
Column reference
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Closed | Whether the task is still open or has been closed. |
| Status | Current stage of the work, such as Not Started or In progress. |
| Prio | Low, Normal, or High priority. |
| Reference, when present | The operational record related to the task, such as a quality or maintenance reference. |
| Created | Date the task was created. |
| Created by | Person who created the task. |
| Subject | Short name of the action to complete. |
| Description area | Detailed instructions or supporting information. Long content can be scrolled inside the cell. |
| Start | Date on which the task or occurrence starts. A calendar icon identifies recurring work. |
| Due | Deadline for the task or occurrence. A due date shown in red is today or has passed. |
| In charge | People assigned to the task, shown with their profile images. |
Click a column heading when sorting is available. Clicking Start reverses the start-date order. When another column is used for sorting, occurrences of a recurring task remain associated with their recurring task.
Color cues
| Visual cue | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green priority label | Normal priority. |
| Yellow priority label | Low priority. |
| Red priority label | High priority. |
| Red Due date | The due date is today or earlier. |
| Light red full row | A recurring occurrence has a Start date before today and is still open. |
The red Due date and the light red recurring row do not mean exactly the same thing. One warns about the deadline; the other warns that a recurring occurrence was missed or left open.
