The controls below the list include:
| Control | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Refresh | Reload the current list while keeping the active filters. |
| Magnifying glass | Show or hide the filter row. Hiding it does not clear active filters. |
| Plus sign | Open the Add new task window. |
| Pencil | Edit the selected task. Select one row first. |
| Page arrows | Move through pages of results. |
| Rows-per-page list | Display 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, or all matching tasks. |
You can also double-click a task row to open it.
There is no normal Delete button. Close a task when it no longer needs to be active. This preserves the record and its history.
