Task center uses its left-hand area list to provide a quick summary.
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Normal area name | No special warning is being shown for that area. |
| Bold area name | The area contains at least one open task. |
| Red area name | The area contains at least one open task whose due date needs attention. |
| Green number beside an area | Number of open tasks in that area assigned to you. |
| Green number in the legend below Task center | Total number of open tasks assigned to you across the displayed areas. |
The indicators refresh automatically at intervals, but they may not change the instant another person updates a task. Use Refresh in the task grid when you need the latest list immediately.
Important: the green assignment number counts open tasks assigned to you. It is not a count of every task in the area.
