Recommended template setup order

1. Create the template while it is unpublished.
2. Add the required groups.
3. Select each source course and add eligible lessons.
4. Add cross-reference text where needed.
5. Set group passing thresholds and lesson rules.
6. Review lesson and group order.
7. Print the definition and have it reviewed.
8. Publish the template.
9. Add a small test set of members in Scores and verify the calculations.
10. Add the remaining members only after the template is approved.
