Notes, Files, and History

Published 4 October 2026, Updated 4 October 2026

The note icon appears when at least one note exists. You may also select the Notes cell for an operator-accessible member to open the notes window.

Add a note

  1. Open the member’s Notes cell.
  2. Enter the text under Write a note.
  3. Click Add note.

A note cannot be blank and is limited to 10,000 characters.

Reply to a note

Select Reply, enter the answer, and click Add answer. Only one reply editor is kept open at a time. Use the triangle beside a note to expand or collapse its replies. The heading shows the most recent reply date when replies exist.

Delete a note

You can delete only a note that you wrote, and only while it has no replies. Select the X icon and confirm the irreversible deletion. To preserve the discussion structure, a note with replies cannot be deleted.

Notes belong to the selected member and template. Changing templates closes the Notes window.

Chapter 12: MEES Files and Member Files

Select the document icon in a member row to open MEES files of Member – Template.

Work with the two file areas

  • MEES files are specific to this member and selected template.
  • Member files are the member’s general file area.
  • Click Member files in the MEES files window to open both areas.
  • Drag a member file into the MEES file area to copy it to MEES.
  • Drag a MEES file into the member file area to copy it to the member’s general files.

Copying creates a copy; it does not move or delete the source file.

The file browser also provides its normal folder, rename, delete, view, and ordering controls according to your file permissions. File upload, copy, rename, delete, and folder actions can appear in the member’s MEES activity history.

Upload a file from your computer

  1. Drag a file from your computer into the MEES file area.
  2. In Upload file, edit Change for if the file needs a different name.
  3. Select Upload copy in member’s files when the same file must also appear in the member’s general files.
  4. Click Yes to upload with the displayed name, or No to continue without applying a rename. Click Cancel to stop.

Only the first dropped file is processed in this dialog. Upload limits and blocked file types configured by the organization still apply.

Changing the selected template closes open file windows so that files from two templates are not confused.

Chapter 13: Member Activity History and Calculation Snapshots

Right-click a member row and choose Show history.

History can include:

  • member linked or unlinked
  • certification date set or cleared
  • group synchronized, re-synchronized, or synchronization cleared
  • MEES file uploaded, copied, renamed, or deleted
  • MEES folder renamed or deleted

Use the magnifying glass to filter the history by date/time, activity, details, or person. The latest entries are shown first.

View a saved calculation

When View appears in the Calculation column, select it to open the calculation saved with that historical action.

The snapshot shows the values as they were when the synchronization or certification event was saved. It can include:

  • group result, Counted score, passing threshold, calculated weight, and contribution
  • number of items scored
  • each lesson’s evaluation, score, cap rule, failure threshold, Counted score, configured and calculated weight, and result
  • certification date for a certification snapshot

Expand or collapse groups inside the snapshot. Use this historical view when current scores no longer match an older synchronized or certified result.

Older history entries created before calculation snapshots were available may not have a snapshot to display.
