Select a member’s Certification cell to open the date picker.
You can:
- choose a date from the calendar
- enter a date in
YYYY-MM-DDformat and press Enter - select Clear to remove the current date
- press Escape to cancel without saving
The date cannot be in the future.
Certification warning
When you set the first certification date and one or more groups are not currently synchronized, the page shows a Certification warning. It can list:
- groups ready but not synced
- groups that need re-sync
- groups that are not ready
Choose the appropriate action:

| Continue | Saves the certification date without changing synchronization states. |
| Continue and set all synced | Saves the date and marks every complete group that can currently be synchronized. This choice appears only to MEES operators when at least one group is eligible. |
| Cancel | Keeps the previous date and synchronization states. |
The automatic option never marks an incomplete group as synchronized. Review the warning carefully; a certification date can still be saved with incomplete or changed groups when Continue is chosen.
Changing or clearing a date after it exists is saved directly and recorded in activity history.
