The Dashboard loads when you first open its tab. It is available to MEES operators.
Dashboard controls
| Control | Purpose |

| Template | Selects a published template. |
| Current Group | Includes one or more current organization groups. |
| Initial Group | Includes one or more initial groups when that field is available. |
| Activity date range | Limits the Activity section. Quick choices include Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, and All time. Future dates are not used. |
| Display | Shows or hides Performance indicators, Charts, Attention required, Members not assigned, Activity, and—administrators only—Configuration health. |
| Refresh | Rebuilds the dashboard with the current controls. |
Closing a multi-select after changing it reloads the dashboard. The date range applies only to Activity. All current-state indicators use the latest valid scored evaluation, whether the course registration is open or closed.
Performance indicators
Point to an indicator card for its explanation.

| Assigned members | Members linked to the selected template and matching the member filters. |
| Score record complete | Members for whom every configured group contains lessons and every lesson has a valid score. |
| All lesson rules passed | Members whose Counted scores pass every lesson failure threshold. |
| All groups passed | Members whose complete weighted groups meet their group passing thresholds. |
| Validation recorded | Assignments with a certification date. |
| Awaiting validation | Assignments without a certification date. |
| Ready groups not synced | Complete member/group combinations without a current acknowledgement. |
| Groups changed | Previously synchronized groups whose current calculation has changed. |
| Currently synced groups | Saved acknowledgements that still match current calculations. |
| Groups not ready | Member/group combinations missing at least one valid scored lesson. |
Charts
The dashboard can show:
- Member completion status
- Group outcomes
- Synchronization status by group
- Group score distribution
- Validation status by Current Group
- Monthly MEES activity
- Completed synchronizations per month
- Completed certifications per month
Select the small print control on a chart to open the graph printing options.
Attention required
This table lists up to the displayed limit with synchronization changes and ready groups first. It shows the member, current group, affected MEES group, issue, certification state, and last evaluation.
Select a member name to switch to Scores. MEES Center selects the same template, changes Display members to All, and filters the grid to that member.
Members not assigned to any template
This area counts available members who are not linked to any MEES template, grouped by Current Group. Use it to identify assignment gaps, then return to Scores and use the person icon to add members.
Activity and configuration health
Activity charts compare scored evaluations and recorded workflow actions during the selected date range. Certification activity is based on the recorded certification dates.
Configuration health, available to administrators, lists template-definition warnings. A green message confirms when no configuration warnings are found. Resolve warnings in Templates, then refresh Dashboard.
