Synchronization records that a complete calculated group has been acknowledged in your external MEES workflow.
| State or action | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not ready | At least one configured lesson does not yet have a valid score. The group cannot be synchronized. |
| Mark synced | The group is complete and has not yet been acknowledged. |
| Synced | The saved acknowledgement still matches the current calculation. Point to the state to see who synchronized it and when. |
| Changed | The group was synchronized, but a score or scoring definition changed afterward. |
| Re-sync | Saves a new acknowledgement for the changed calculation. |
| Clear | Removes the current synchronization acknowledgement. Confirmation is required. |
To synchronize:
- Expand the member and locate a complete group.
- Review its lessons, scores, Counted values, weighting, contribution, and result.
- Click Mark synced, or Re-sync for a changed group.
- Confirm that the state becomes Synced.
The system saves a calculation snapshot in the member’s activity history for Mark synced and Re-sync actions. This lets staff review what values were used at that moment even if current results later change.
Use Clear only when the acknowledgement was made in error or the group must deliberately return to an unsynchronized state. The clear action is also recorded in history.
