Start using a newly approved template

  1. In Templates, create and configure the template while unpublished.
  2. Print and review the definition.
  3. Turn on Published.
  4. In Scores, select the template.
  5. Open the member picker and add a small test group.
  6. Expand the members and verify the lesson attempts, rules, weighting, and group results.
  7. Add the remaining members.

Process a member who needs attention

  1. In Scores, select the template and Need your attention.
  2. Expand the member and each affected group.
  3. If a group is Not ready, identify the lesson without a valid score and follow up in the Training Record.
  4. If a group is FAILED, review Counted, the cap rule, Failed if less, weighting, and Passed from.
  5. If a group is ready, complete the external workflow and click Mark synced.
  6. If it is Changed, review what changed before clicking Re-sync.
  7. When all requirements are satisfied, set the certification date.
  8. Add a note, file, or task when the follow-up needs supporting context.

Investigate why a synchronized result changed

  1. Open the member’s current expanded score tree.
  2. Right-click the member and select Show history.
  3. Open the most recent synchronization’s View calculation.
  4. Compare the historical lesson scores, caps, thresholds, and weights with the current view.
  5. Confirm the corrected current calculation.
  6. Click Re-sync only after the external MEES process has been updated.

Prepare a certification batch

  1. Select Ready for certification in Display members.
  2. Use Group or Initial Group filters when processing a specific cohort.
  3. Expand and review each member.
  4. Set the certification date.
  5. Select the processed members and print an Excel or PDF report.
  6. Refresh and confirm that certified members leave the Ready for certification view.
