8. Data sheet tab
The Data sheet combines the resource’s maintenance identity and time information on the left with Scheduler visibility and availability on the right.
8.1 Resource data and calculated context
The left panel shows or permits authorized updates to:
- Type, resource group, and description
- Serial number and year built
- Owner’s Manual or Pilot Operating Handbook reference
- Last Hobbs
- First recorded activity
- Initial and actual TTSN
- The organization’s TTSN basis: air time or block time
- Next due TTSN mandatory
- Current In maintenance state
- Base
- Next schedule
- Next due until grounded
- Since/Left
- Last position
- Monthly average of daily hours
- Estimated overdue delay
- Maintenance pressure
- Flight Record priority
- Recorded utilization
The Next due TTSN mandatory option makes absence or expiry of a valid next-due TTSN item a release blocker. Use it for resources whose continuing release requires that control. Do not disable it simply to clear a warning; establish the correct next due instead.
Only authorized resource managers receive the Update button. When changing identity or baseline time information, compare the result with Resources and the open squawk list immediately.

8.2 Scheduler display and availability
The right panel contains:
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Display in Scheduler — Yes/No | Controls whether the resource is offered in the live Scheduler. |
| All Day | Available without a day/night restriction. |
| Day time Only | Available only for daytime operation. |
| Night time Only | Available only for nighttime operation. |
| Monday–Sunday checkboxes | Limits normal availability to selected weekdays. |
These are standing resource rules. Use the Scheduler tab for a temporary maintenance block over a date/time range.
Authorized resource managers can select Update to save the settings and Print IDcard to print the QR Resource ID card. Verify the printed card belongs to the displayed registration before placing it in service.

9. Operations tab
The Operations tab repeats the aircraft-level operational settings for quick review and, when authorized, update:
- Cruise speed
- Default ground taxi
- Maximum duration before alert
- Automatic postponed squawk period
- Default Flight Record header color
- Forced Flight Record header color
- Live flight-tracking path
- Flight-tracking history path
The panel on the right displays related operating configuration supplied by the system. Use Update only after confirming that the new values match the intended resource settings.
Color overrides affect how the aircraft header appears in operational pages. Prefer the group default unless a deliberate exception is needed.
