Download the AirSupervision app
The AirSupervision app is available for free for Android and Apple phones and tablets. It gives the mobile version of the portal in an app, with extra features of your phone.

You can also scan the QR code shown at the bottom of every desktop page, in the Get the app section. The Institution ID of your organization is displayed just above the store buttons. Keep it: you may need it to connect the app to your organization.
Notifications
Once you are connected in the app, notifications from AirSupervision are enabled automatically on your phone. You receive alerts even when the app is closed, for example about departures and arrivals, schedule changes, messages, memorandums and other events that concern you. Allow notifications when your phone asks for it, otherwise you won’t receive them.
Permissions the app may ask for
Some features use your phone’s native functions. The first time you use them, your phone asks for your permission. You can accept or refuse each request.

| Location | Features that check where you are, such as the Clock Puncher (punch clock) or the Attendance Sheet. |
| Camera | Scanning QR codes (for example the member identification QR code) and taking photos to attach to files or reports. |
| Photos and files | Choosing pictures or documents to upload. |
| Notifications | Receiving alerts from AirSupervision. |
If you refuse a permission, the features that need it may not work or may be disabled, for example you might not be able to punch in from the Clock Puncher.
You can change your choice at any time in your phone settings:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings › AirSupervision, then turn on Location, Camera, Photos or Notifications.
- Android: Settings › Apps › AirSupervision › Permissions (and Notifications). The menu names can vary depending on the phone brand.

Using the mobile version in a browser
Mobile device browser display a light version of the desktop full version of the portal. Not all features are accessible. However, you can access the complete version on hitting the homepage link Full website located on the footer right corner.
