User will find in this view all files related to member’s profile. Member’s files view is accessible to the member himself, administrators or users having the proper credentials.
The main view
Folders and files are displayed in a main box, grouped as below:
Dynamic documents by assigned roles (only in desktop view) are all default files related to each roles assigned to member. It includes “Dynamic documents” with special code, designed by administrators, that generated as a a PDF file that includes data from the system, such as member’s lastname of phone numbers.
Member documents are all uploaded files regarding the member
Protected Documents are documents that can ONLY be viewed by the member himself. (This feature needs Portal option to be activated by AirSupervision’s IT specifically for the organization).
