Access to the “Recycle bin”, where all deleted files are backup, is granted to all administrators if the portal option has been activated.
By default, the system keep backups of deleted files for the last 90 days.
From the above grid, user should be able to 
view the file, and 
restore the selected ones to their original place. If the place does not exists anymore, the system will recreate it. If at the same place, a same filename already exists the system will apply the automatic renaming feature by adding at the end of the new filename the actual date and time as follow:
filename + YmdHis + “.” + fileextention
Y : A full numeric representation of a year, at least 4 digits
m : Numeric representation of a month, with leading zeros
d : Day of the month, 2 digits with leading zeros
H : 24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros
i : Minutes with leading zeros
s : Seconds with leading zeros
So for example file220208134523.pdf for file.pdf if it already exists.
