Displays principal member’s information

Section 1

This section displays principal information. Invalid assigned roles due to missing or required competencies will be highlight in red. Also are listed main alerts such as:

  • Immigration status if set
  • Unread and unacknowledged memorandum.
  • Open event reports
  • Open quality assurance reports
  • No scheduling allowed will prevent booking any activities in scheduler with the member. This restriction, if set, is automatically computed if the member did not answer to an event report.
  • No activities allowed will prevent opening any activities in flight record with the member. This restriction, if set, is automatically computed if the member did not answer to an event report.

Section 2

This section displays competencies that will expire soon or is expired and calendar reminder items. The latter can be modify or delete by member only.

Section 3

Depending on credentials set by administrator, a user can:

  1. Create a New member profile
  2. Delete the member profile. The system will set the member profile as inactive if at least one operational activity have been done, such as a completed course lesson or having one memorandum acknowledged.
  3. Set the member profile as inactive or active. Setting the profile as inactive archive the file and disable the ability of login. This will prevent any modification to the file.
  4. Add a direct access link to the member profile in his favorite list of members
  5. Print the member profile. Printed information will depend on level of power of the user.
  6. Print IDCARD. If designed, set and accessible.
  7. Send a Message using the internal portal messaging system.
