At different places, the system might ask you or let you search for a member by displaying an input text (usually indicating “Quick search…” or “Member…” or in mobile version “Filter…”).
Whether the user use the desktop or mobile browser version, start typing complete or partial last name, given name with or without space and in any order, AirSupervision will find the corresponding member and will display the 12 first matches. The search is case insensitive
Even more, depending on the context, search can be refined using special tags followed by “:” and the search term as follow:
- id: Search using the member unique identification number. To retrieve member’s id, open browser, navigate through profile, the id is located in the URL as follow https://www.airsupervision.com/sup/inst_view.php?id=ID
- lic: Search the license number. License number is usually defined as a unique identification set by the local authority.
- group: Start type the group name or part of the group name.
- age: Search specifying the age
- ph: Search within all member’s phones or cellulars number using the international E.164 (e.g. +15141231234). It can be partial search.
- mail: Search within the primary mail address
Below are button search options in the mobile version:
- Groups: Display members grouped by group name.
- Roles: Display members grouped by roles
- Qr code: The member can display the identification Qr code. Approaching the mobile camera will redirect the user to the member’s profile details.
