Searching member is restricted to users having an operational low level power set by administrators or users having the credential to “Manage members profile and upload files” (see profile settings).
Because member’s database will grow with the years, adding more and more users to the portal, AirSupervision has a set multiple tools to search a member and display the profile details.
The following tools are available:
- Text inputs: quick search fields found everywhere in the portal.
- The Qr code identification: scan a member’s QR code to open the profile.
- The members list: list members by letter, group or role.
- The advanced search: combine several criteria.
- Organizational chart: find members by role, on the desktop chart or in the Roles view of the mobile version.
