AirSupervision sends emails to the person the appointment belongs to, at the email address in their AirSupervision profile. The messages come from a “no-reply” address, so do not answer them, and they are written in French followed by English. Nobody else (for example the center team) receives a copy of these appointment messages, except accounting for paid receipts.
| What you do | Email sent to you? | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Book a free appointment | Yes, a confirmation | Appointment type, date, start time, end time and duration. Keep it for your records. |
| Book and pay by card | Yes, a confirmation and a separate receipt | The receipt shows the order, taxes, total and the payment. The accounting team also receives a copy of the receipt. |
| Book with an invoice number given by the center team | Yes, a confirmation only | No receipt is sent because no card was charged. |
| Move (reschedule) your appointment | Yes, a notification that the appointment was moved | The new date and time. Moving is never charged again. |
| Cancel your own appointment | Yes, a cancellation email | The cancelled appointment details. |
| A center team member books, moves or cancels an appointment for you | Yes, the same messages as above (for a cancellation, the team member can choose not to notify you) | Same content. |
| Look at the calendar, open an appointment, abandon a booking or abandon a move | No | Nothing is sent and nothing changes. |
After each action the page tells you whether the email was sent. For example: “Your appointment has been scheduled. A confirmation email has been sent.” If it says the email could not be sent (for instance because your profile has no valid email address), your appointment is still saved – write down the date and time and ask the center to correct your email address.
