Which attempt is used

MEES Center uses the most recent valid scored attempt for the configured lesson. Point to the attempt count to review each attempt’s evaluation date, recorded date, person who recorded it, course, registration state, score, and original passed or failed result.

Right-click a lesson name for these actions:

  • Print blank lesson opens a blank PDF for the lesson.
  • View completed lesson opens the recorded lesson in its Training Record when your role permits this and a completed record is available.

How Counted score is produced

The lesson’s raw percentage is normally its Counted score. A configured maximum can cap that score:

  • Always applies the cap to every valid score.
  • When lesson is PASSED applies it only when the recorded lesson result is passed.
  • When lesson is FAILED applies it only when the recorded lesson result is failed.
  • When lesson has been repeated applies it when more than one attempt exists.

The lesson is marked FAILED when its Counted score is below Failed if less.

How weighting works

A positive configured weighting is used as entered. Lessons with a weighting of zero share any remaining portion of 100% equally. A calculated weight is visually identified and its tooltip explains that no explicit weighting was set.

For example, if two lessons are set to 30% each and two other lessons are left at 0%, the remaining 40% is shared, so the two unweighted lessons receive 20% each.

The group result is available only after every lesson in that group has a valid scored evaluation. The group passes when its weighted Counted score reaches Passed from. A complete group below that threshold is FAILED; a group with missing scored lessons remains incomplete.
