MEES Center brings together the scoring information used for MEES follow-up. It helps organization staff connect members to a scoring template, review the latest scored lesson results, acknowledge completed score groups, record certification dates, keep supporting notes and files, monitor performance indicators, and manage follow-up tasks.
The exact tabs, columns, icons, and actions you see depend on your permissions. If an item described in this guide is missing, your role probably does not include that action.
Chapter 1: Before You Start
What each access level can see
| Area | Typical availability |
|---|---|
| Scores | Available to users who can open MEES Center. |
| Add or remove members and set a certification date | Available from the Scores tab to users who can open MEES Center. |
| Dashboard | Available to MEES operators. |
| Synchronization, notes, MEES files, member files, and activity history | Available to MEES operators. |
| Templates | Available only to MEES administrators. |
| Task | Available to users who can open MEES Center; individual task actions can still depend on task permissions. |
| Initial Group information | Shown only when the Initial Group field is available and your role may see sensitive information. |
| View completed lesson | Shown in a lesson’s right-click menu only when your role is allowed to view completed training records. |
Important working principles
- Select a template before trying to work with members or scores.
- A template must be published before it is available in Scores or Dashboard.
- MEES Center reads the most recent valid scored evaluation for each configured lesson, including evaluations from open and closed course registrations.
- Mark synced is an acknowledgement that a complete score group has been handled in the external MEES process. It does not change the underlying lesson score.
- A certification date is separate from synchronization. Recording one does not silently correct incomplete or changed groups.
- Deleting a member’s assignment removes the assignment and its certification date, but it does not delete training scores or synchronization history.
Chapter 2: Page Layout and Tabs
The page is divided into four work areas.
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Scores | Assign members, review group and lesson results, synchronize complete groups, set certification dates, and open member actions. |
| Dashboard | Review indicators, charts, exceptions, unassigned members, activity, and configuration health. |
| Templates | Build and publish the scoring definitions used by Scores and Dashboard. This tab is administrator-only. |
| Task | Create and manage MEES follow-up tasks. |
The Task tab is placed at the far right of the tab bar. Dashboard and Templates do not appear for users who do not have the required permission.
