Common Admin Troubleshooting

If users cannot punch, first verify device authorization and global device lock status.

If punch-out is refused, check whether there is an active matching punch-in.

If deletion fails, check whether the line is protected by consistency or accepted period logic.

If event icon upload fails, verify the file format and retry with a valid image.
