The Settings<\/strong> tab is shown to administrators only. It has four parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Permit, ratings or licenses case type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The left box lists the case types. Type a title in the field at the top and click the green +<\/strong> to add a type; click the blue x<\/strong> of a type to remove it. Click a type to open its details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field<\/th>Purpose<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Title<\/strong> \/ Short title<\/strong><\/td>Full name (for example Student Pilot Permit (A)<\/em>) and the short name shown in the list (for example SPP(A)<\/em>).<\/td><\/tr>
Description<\/strong><\/td>Internal description.<\/td><\/tr>
Created<\/strong><\/td>Creation date and author.<\/td><\/tr>
Check items<\/strong><\/td>Tick the items that make up the checklist of this type. Click the *<\/strong> of an item to mark it to be printed<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr>
Completion text<\/strong><\/td>The text of the completion notification. Tags insert the applicant’s name, group, licence number or the case type. When empty, Send completion notification<\/strong> is not offered.<\/td><\/tr>
Additional Completion members<\/strong><\/td>Members who also receive the completion notification.<\/td><\/tr>
Send request to additional members<\/strong><\/td>Members who also receive the requests sent to applicants.<\/td><\/tr>
Authorized agent<\/strong><\/td>Members allowed to sign the cases of this type.<\/td><\/tr>
Infos URLS<\/strong><\/td>Reference links (title and address) shown in URLs resources<\/strong> of the right-click menu. Use +<\/strong> to add a line and the bin to remove one.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Click Save<\/strong> under the details to save the type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a member to one of the lists, type part of the name in Search…<\/strong>, pick the member and click Add<\/strong>; click the x<\/strong> of a member to remove them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
