Sending a request to the applicant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Use Send a request<\/strong> (unsigned cases only) when the application cannot be processed, for example because a document is missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The email window opens with the applicant and the members listed in the case type’s Send request to additional members<\/strong> as recipients. Remove a recipient with its x<\/strong> or add one by typing in Add…<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. The subject Licensing request information<\/em> and the text come from the Request template<\/strong> (Settings). The applicant’s name, group, licence number and the case type are filled in automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Replace the empty numbered lines with the reasons the application cannot be processed. Drag files into Files<\/strong> to attach them.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Click Send email<\/strong>, or Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sending the completion notification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Once a case is signed, Send completion notification<\/strong> prepares the completion email, using the case type’s Completion text<\/strong> and its Additional Completion members<\/strong>. Check the text and click Send email<\/strong>. This item appears only when the case type has a completion text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Every email sent from a case is recorded in the case history with its recipients. Members without an email address do not receive it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
