Changing the status<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Use Set Status<\/strong> in the right-click menu, right-click the Status<\/strong> cell, or (on mobile) Set case status<\/strong>. Every change is written in the case history with your name and the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you choose Signed<\/strong> or Completed<\/strong> while accounting has not acknowledged the case, a Warning<\/strong> appears. The option Set ‘Acknowledged by accounting’<\/em> is ticked by default: leave it ticked only after checking with the accounting department (keeping evidence is recommended). Click Yes<\/strong> to apply the status, or No<\/strong> to cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priority<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click the flag cell, or use Set priority<\/strong> \/ Set normal<\/strong>. Priority cases show a red flag on desktop and a Priority<\/span> badge on mobile, and they are counted in the mobile Priority<\/strong> tile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing and reopening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click the padlock or use Close<\/strong> \/ Open<\/strong>. A closed case is greyed out, hidden by the default filter and no longer counted as overdue. Reopen it at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting a case<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Delete the case<\/strong> is offered only while the case is not signed<\/strong>. After you confirm, the case is removed from the list. Its uploaded files are kept as a backup: if the same case type is created again for this member, the files come back automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
