Right-click a case in the list to open its menu. The menu title shows the case reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a case is signed, Send a request<\/strong> and Delete the case<\/strong> disappear and Send completion notification<\/strong> appears (when the case type has a completion text).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Member files<\/strong><\/td>Opens the member’s personal files.<\/td><\/tr>
Daily Record<\/strong><\/td>The member’s flights and sessions, with totals.<\/td><\/tr>

CBTA Training<\/strong><\/td>Competency-based training results of the member’s courses.<\/td><\/tr>
Add competency<\/strong><\/td>Adds a competency (licence, rating, medical…) to the member’s profile.<\/td><\/tr>

Tick the checkboxes of two or more cases, then right-click one of them and open Selected members<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
