The Licenses<\/strong> tab lists the cases. By default it shows the open<\/strong> cases only (closed cases are hidden), 30 per page, newest first. Use the pager at the bottom to change the page or the number of lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Checkbox<\/td>Select several cases to work on them together (see The right-click menus<\/em>).<\/td><\/tr>
Is past<\/strong> (clock icon)<\/td>A red clock means the case is overdue.<\/td><\/tr>
Created<\/strong><\/td>Date the case was created.<\/td><\/tr>
Type<\/strong><\/td>Short title of the case type; hover it to read the full title.<\/td><\/tr>
Licence<\/strong><\/td>The member’s licence number.<\/td><\/tr>
No licencing set<\/strong> (red card icon)<\/td>The member holds the competency that flags a missing licence and the case is not signed yet. Hover the icon to see the competency.<\/td><\/tr>
Name<\/strong><\/td>The applicant. Hover the name to see the member card.<\/td><\/tr>
Current Group<\/strong> \/ Group at creation<\/strong><\/td>The member’s group today and the group recorded when the case was created.<\/td><\/tr>
Email<\/strong>, Phone<\/strong>, Cell<\/strong><\/td>Contact details (with the country flag of the number).<\/td><\/tr>
Status<\/strong><\/td>Icon and title of the status. Right-click the status cell to change it directly.<\/td><\/tr>
Lock icon<\/td>Open padlock: the case is open. Click it to close the case; click again to reopen it. Closed cases appear greyed out.<\/td><\/tr>
Flag icon<\/td>A red flag marks a priority case. Click the cell to set or remove the priority.<\/td><\/tr>
Files<\/strong><\/td>Number of files uploaded in the case. Click the cell to open the case files.<\/td><\/tr>
Check<\/strong><\/td>Summary of the checklist: an icon for unevaluated, denied or missing items, or a question mark when no item was evaluated yet. Hover for the counts; click to open the checklist.<\/td><\/tr>
Critical<\/strong><\/td>Optional critical date (double-click to edit). Red when reached, amber when set in the future.<\/td><\/tr>
Money bag icon (Accounting Acknowledge<\/strong>)<\/td>A green check means accounting acknowledged the case. Click an empty cell to set it (a confirmation is asked).<\/td><\/tr>
Auth fees ref.<\/strong>, Fees ref.<\/strong>, Add fees ref.<\/strong><\/td>Authority fees reference, organization invoice reference and additional invoice reference (double-click to edit).<\/td><\/tr>
Signed<\/strong><\/td>Date signed by the authorized agent (double-click to edit, agents of the case type only).<\/td><\/tr>
Signed by<\/strong><\/td>The agent who signed.<\/td><\/tr>

Editing a cell directly in the list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Several columns can be edited without opening the case: double-click the cell, type the value or pick a date in the calendar, then press Enter<\/strong>. The list refreshes after saving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
