No add field or Save<\/strong> button<\/td>The course is assigned to students and not modifiable, inactive, or you are not in Members that can modify this course<\/strong>. The lesson Save<\/strong> button is shown to course editors and top-level administrators.<\/td><\/tr>
A course cannot be attached to a member<\/td>It must be published and the attaching member must have the minimum level.<\/td><\/tr>
A phase or lesson is missing for a student<\/td>Course published? Phase published and not hidden for this student? Lesson active? Student has access?<\/td><\/tr>
A course cannot be deleted<\/td>It is assigned to students: it has been set inactive instead.<\/td><\/tr>
A phase cannot be deleted<\/td>The course is assigned to students. Switch the phase Published<\/strong> off instead.<\/td><\/tr>
A lesson cannot be deleted<\/td>Other lessons require it: remove those prerequisites first. A recorded lesson becomes inactive instead of being deleted.<\/td><\/tr>
A student cannot record a lesson<\/td>Check prerequisites, qualifications, roles, memorandums, repeat limits, recency, duration experience, requested files and the Flight Record lock.<\/td><\/tr>

A lesson cannot be added to the credited lessons<\/td>It already credits the lesson you are editing, or it belongs to another course.<\/td><\/tr>
Changes disappeared<\/td>Unsaved changes<\/strong> was shown and Save<\/strong> was not clicked before leaving the lesson or course.<\/td><\/tr>

Final checklist before publishing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Course texts, print title and additional fields are complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Course editors, attachment level, credentials and roles are correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Members to alert, phase visibility, correction and score members are set.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lesson rules (signatures, mandatory checks, multiple entries, activity sheet) match operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rankings and AI follow your policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Private and public files are in the right area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Phases are in order and published as intended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lessons are in order, active, documented (objective, standard, instructor guide) and have duration objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Resources, co-pilot, Flight Record options and requested files are correct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prerequisites are achievable and not circular; qualifications and formulas were tested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pass, score, repeat and lock rules are intentional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Notifications, competency renewals and credited lessons were checked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Items, OBs, CBTA links, dynamic documents and certificates were reviewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Check Integrity<\/strong> findings are corrected or accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
