Dynamic documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dynamic documents are templates (recommendations, attestations, reports) filled automatically with information of the member, the course, the lesson and the completed session. Click Dynamic docs<\/strong> to open the Dynamic docs Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Choose New dynamic doc…<\/strong> or an existing document in Choose a dynamic doc<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Enter or change the Title<\/strong> and the Short description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Write the text in the editor. Click the ?<\/strong> beside Dynamics variables<\/strong> to insert variables between {{ }}<\/code>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Click Add<\/strong> for a new document, Modify<\/strong> to save changes, Delete<\/strong> to remove it, Close<\/strong> to leave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The variables cover the printing date and time, course, phase and lesson details (title, standard, objective, notes, comment, planned durations), the completed lesson (date, comment, aircraft, registration, passed, durations), total hours up to the lesson or up to today, and the PIC and student details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To make a document available, select it in Design a lesson \u203a Completion and grading \u203a Dynamic documents<\/strong>. It becomes downloadable when the lesson is completed as passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Test every template with a test member before attaching it to a live lesson.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Course certificates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Course certificates<\/strong> tab creates certificates for the whole course (for example an enrolment certificate or a course completion certificate). Unlike dynamic documents, they are not attached to a lesson: they can be printed when their own requirements are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
