Exercise items library<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click Exercises items<\/strong> at the bottom of the page to open the Groups and items manager<\/strong>. Items are reusable: the same item can be graded in many lessons and courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Search<\/td>Type in Search…<\/strong> and press Enter<\/strong> or click the magnifier. The number beside each item is the number of matching uses.<\/td><\/tr>
Add a group<\/td>Type the group name in the left field and click +<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Add an item<\/td>Select a group, type the item title in the right field and click +<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Deactivate<\/td>Click the cross of a group or item. It is kept for past records but no longer proposed.<\/td><\/tr>
Restore<\/td>Click the undo icon of an inactive group or item.<\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/td>Print items list<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Tip:<\/strong> deactivating an item does not change past records. Restore it only if it must be used again.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

View all exercises of a course or phase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Right-click a course (or a phase) and choose View all exercices<\/strong> to see every item used, grouped by item, with activity type, grade, phase, lesson, whether it is optional and its OB. Use the magnifier to search and the printer to print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Observable Behaviours (OBs)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Observable Behaviours describe actions a trainer can actually observe (for example Monitors the flight path and takes corrective action<\/em>). Click OBs<\/strong> to open the Observable behaviour manager<\/strong>. It works like the items manager: groups on the left, behaviours on the right, Search…<\/strong>, +<\/strong> to add, cross to deactivate, undo to restore, and Print Obs list<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link OBs to lesson items in Design a lesson \u203a Items<\/strong> (OB marker).
