Click Settings<\/strong>. The window Appointment type settings<\/strong> has one tab per type, a General<\/strong> tab and a +<\/strong> tab to create a type. Buttons at the bottom: Delete<\/strong>, Reactivate<\/strong>, Save<\/strong>, Cancel<\/strong>. Changes in several tabs are saved together with Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing items<\/strong><\/td>One accounting item per line as CODE=quantity. Blank = free.<\/td>Member sees Order details and must pay by card (managers may enter an invoice number).<\/td>Only enter codes that exist in accounting.<\/td><\/tr>
Closed weekdays<\/strong><\/td>Days when the type is never offered.<\/td>Cells marked Closed.<\/td>Weekends.<\/td><\/tr>
Closed dates<\/strong><\/td>Single dates or ranges that are closed, one per line.<\/td>Cells unavailable on those dates.<\/td>Holidays and vacations.<\/td><\/tr>
Specific available date\/time ranges<\/strong><\/td>Exceptions that open a time even on a closed day.<\/td>Cells become Available.<\/td>Extra Saturday sessions.<\/td><\/tr>
Allowed start minutes<\/strong><\/td>Minutes past the hour when an appointment may begin (0, 15, 30, 45). At least one needed.<\/td>Only those cells are Available; others are “Open, not a start time”.<\/td>0 and 30 for half-hour slots.<\/td><\/tr>

Creating a new appointment type<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Click the +<\/strong> tab. A new tab named New appointment type<\/strong> appears.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Fill Title<\/strong>; the internal key follows it automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Complete descriptions, duration, limits, billing, closures, start minutes and business hours.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Tick Available for scheduling<\/strong> once ready (new types start switched off).<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong>. A confirmation message appears and the page reloads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Deleting, reactivating and resetting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    Action<\/th>Effect<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Delete<\/strong><\/td>Removes the type from members. It becomes “(inactive)” in the tab title. Existing appointments are kept; owners can still manage their upcoming ones.<\/td><\/tr>
    Reactivate<\/strong><\/td>Brings an inactive type back.<\/td><\/tr>
    Reset<\/strong><\/td>Restores defaults after a confirmation (“Reset to defaults”).<\/td><\/tr>
    Save<\/strong><\/td>Validates and stores all tabs. Errors appear in red at the bottom, for example a missing title, invalid business hours, overlapping periods or an invalid billing item.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
