Field<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
User<\/td>Member name; the id-card icon opens their profile in a new window.<\/td><\/tr>
Phone \/ Cell phone<\/td>With the country flag.<\/td><\/tr>
Email<\/td>The envelope icon starts an email.<\/td><\/tr>
Group<\/td>Shown when the member belongs to a group.<\/td><\/tr>
Appointment type, Date and time, Duration<\/td>The booking.<\/td><\/tr>
Invoice number<\/td>Shown when one is attached.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Buttons: Move appointment<\/strong> (if allowed), Delete appointment<\/strong>, Close<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click Move appointment<\/strong>; the banner Rescheduling appointment<\/strong> asks you to select a highlighted start time. Choose the time to move the appointment. Cancel rescheduling<\/strong> (or Esc) abandons the change. The member is notified by email. Rescheduling is never charged again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click Delete appointment<\/strong>. A confirmation lets you tick or untick Send a cancellation email to the member<\/strong> (ticked by default). A warning reminds you that if a fee was collected, a refund must be requested from accounts receivable and may take up to 60 days. Click Delete appointment<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
