  1. Click an Available<\/strong> cell. If several types are possible at that time, you choose the type in the window.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. In Schedule an appointment<\/strong>, start typing the member’s name in Name<\/strong> and select them from the suggestions. Their email and phone numbers fill in.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Check the Appointment type<\/strong>, Date, Start, End<\/strong> and Duration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Handle payment (see the payment choices below).<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Click Schedule<\/strong> (Pay and Schedule<\/strong> when a card payment is required). The member receives the confirmation email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you leave the member empty or type a name that is not in the list you are asked to select a member from the list<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Payment choices for managers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    When the type has a price, the window shows Payment or an existing invoice number is mandatory before scheduling<\/strong> and offers two ways to satisfy it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Option<\/th>When to use<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
    Order details<\/strong> + Payment card details<\/strong><\/td>The member pays now by credit card. Enter the cardholder name and card details. A confirmation and a receipt email are sent.<\/td><\/tr>
    Or Existing invoice<\/strong> (Invoice number)<\/td>The member already paid or will be invoiced. Enter the invoice number to schedule without charging a card.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    When an invoice number is used it is shown in the appointment details afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
