The <strong>Appointment details<\/strong> window shows the type, date and time, duration and, if one exists, the invoice number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Button<\/th><th>What it does<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Move appointment<\/strong><\/td><td>Starts rescheduling. Only shown while rescheduling is still allowed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Delete appointment<\/strong><\/td><td>Cancels the appointment after you confirm.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Close<\/strong><\/td><td>Closes the window.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A sentence in the window tells you whether you can still move it, and until when. Appointments of other people appear read-only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rescheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Move appointment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A banner <strong>Rescheduling appointment<\/strong> asks you to select a highlighted available start time. Only times for the same type can be chosen.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click the new time and confirm. You receive a notification email.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>To abandon the change click <strong>Cancel rescheduling<\/strong> or press Esc. Your original time stays booked until you confirm a new one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Delete appointment<\/strong> and confirm. This cannot be undone and a cancellation email is sent.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If a fee was paid, you must request a refund by emailing the accounts-receivable contact displayed in the window.
