Some appointment types require a payment by credit card. When this is the case, the booking window shows a highlighted notice: Payment is mandatory before scheduling<\/strong>, and also tells you that no ID photo is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to pay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click an Available<\/strong> time and wait for the booking window.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Read the Order details<\/strong> and confirm the total.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Type the Card owner<\/strong> name exactly as printed on the card.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Enter the card Number<\/strong>, Expiry date<\/strong> and CVC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Click Pay and Schedule<\/strong>. A loading indicator is shown while the payment is processed.<\/li>\n\n\n
  6. When the payment succeeds the appointment is saved and you receive a confirmation email and a receipt email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Payments are handled securely by Stripe; card numbers are never stored by AirSupervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If payment cannot be made<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Enter the card owner name before scheduling the appointment<\/td>Fill in the Card owner<\/strong> field.<\/td><\/tr>
    Card details incomplete or declined<\/td>Check the number, expiry date and CVC, or use another card.<\/td><\/tr>
    Card payment is temporarily unavailable<\/td>Online payment is currently off. Try later or contact the center.<\/td><\/tr>
    The order details could not be loaded<\/td>The price could not be shown. Try again later.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    If the payment fails, no appointment is created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rescheduling and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Moving an existing appointment does not<\/strong> charge you again.
