  1. Choose your appointment type (see Choosing a type and reading the calendar<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Browse the calendar to the week you want.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Click an Available<\/strong> cell. The Schedule an appointment<\/strong> window opens.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Check your name, email, cell phone and phone. These come from your AirSupervision profile. Update your profile if they are wrong.<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Check the summary: Appointment type, Date, Start, End, Duration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n
  6. If the appointment requires payment, complete the payment section (see Paying for an appointment<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n
  7. Click Schedule<\/strong> (the button reads Pay and Schedule<\/strong> when a payment is required).<\/li>\n\n\n
  8. A message confirms that the appointment is scheduled and a confirmation email is sent to you. Keep it for your records.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Your appointment now appears on the calendar under My Schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Common reasons a booking is refused<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    You already have the maximum number of future appointments<\/td>Cancel or wait for one of your existing appointments to pass.<\/td><\/tr>
    The time is no longer available<\/td>Someone just booked it. Refresh and choose another time.<\/td><\/tr>
    Too early or too far ahead<\/td>Respect the minimum days of notice and the maximum booking window.<\/td><\/tr>
    Appointment type no longer available<\/td>Choose a different type or contact the center.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    What it looks like on a phone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Tap a day, then tap a start time. The Schedule<\/strong> window shows your details and the appointment summary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
