Printing and Excel export<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Use the printer button in Current or Accepted. The same window creates either a PDF or an Excel workbook. The bold message at the top tells you the scope that will be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No rows are checked and \u201cOnly listed items\u201d is used<\/td>The entries matching the current filters on the current grid page, up to the selected row limit.<\/td><\/tr>
Accepted tab with a named period selected<\/td>All entries that match that accepted period and the active filters. The current page limit is not applied to this period report.<\/td><\/tr>
Activity-type row filter is active<\/td>Only entries matching those selected activity types, including when a named period is printed.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Payroll safety check:<\/strong> if the pager shows more records than the current row limit, \u201cOnly listed items\u201d does not mean every matching record. Choose All, print each page separately, or\u2014on Accepted\u2014select the named period. Clear any unintended date, status, advanced-search, or activity-type filter before producing the final report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Printing option reference<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Additional fields:<\/strong> choose which currently visible list columns should be included in a List type report. Hidden columns are not offered until they are shown in the grid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Page format:<\/strong> Letter (21.59 \u00d7 27.94 cm), Legal (21.59 \u00d7 35.56 cm), A4 (21 \u00d7 29.7 cm), or A3 (29.7 \u00d7 42 cm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Orientation:<\/strong> Landscape gives more horizontal space for many columns; Portrait is better for a short list of fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Output type \u2013 Accounting report type:<\/strong> produces the standardized accounting layout organized for payroll review, using its established report columns. For PDF, this report uses the standard Letter landscape layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Output type \u2013 List type:<\/strong> reproduces the chosen grid fields in a straightforward list. Page format, orientation, and Additional fields are especially important for this option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select period:<\/strong> appears for Accepted. \u201cOnly listed items\u201d follows the visible list\/page. A named period produces the complete matching period subject to active filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • PDF:<\/strong> opens a printable document in a new tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Excel:<\/strong> downloads or opens an Excel workbook containing the same chosen scope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
