The left panel of the Pages design center lists every page you can manage. This article explains how to find, create, organize, duplicate, export and delete pages and groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The page list<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pages are listed by group<\/strong>. Click a group title to expand or collapse it (the small triangle shows the state). Pages placed under another page appear indented as sub-pages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each page entry uses a colour to show its status:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black<\/td>is draft<\/strong><\/td>Work in progress. Not shown in menus<\/td><\/tr>
Red<\/td>To be reviewed<\/strong><\/td>Waiting for a page designer administrator to approve it<\/td><\/tr>
Grey<\/td>is published<\/strong><\/td>Live. Visible to the allowed members and shown in the menus you selected<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A small \u2261<\/strong> sign in front of a title means the page is placed in the desktop main menu. The page currently open is highlighted in yellow. Hover over a page to see a tooltip with its ID, title, and author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Searching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Type words in Search\u2026<\/strong> and press Enter<\/strong>. Clear the box and press Enter (or click Refresh<\/strong>) to show all pages again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refresh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Refresh<\/strong> icon reloads the list, clears the search, and closes the current page. Save your work first.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating a page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the +<\/strong> icon next to Pages<\/strong> (Create a page<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. The Select a Template<\/strong> dialog opens. Select Blank page<\/strong> or one of the saved templates (a preview thumbnail is shown).<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Type the title in New page from template title<\/strong> (for example, Pre-flight briefing checklist<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Click New page from template<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The new page is created as a draft<\/strong> and appears in the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Blocking condition:<\/strong> you must enter a title and<\/strong> select a template (or Blank page). Otherwise the page is not created.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Removing a template<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    In the same dialog, select a template you created and click Remove template<\/strong>, then confirm. You can only remove your own<\/strong> templates. This cannot be undone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Groups<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Groups are folders that keep the list tidy. They do not affect what members see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Add a group<\/strong><\/td>Click +<\/strong> next to Groups<\/strong>, type a name, then click Add<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
    Rename a group<\/strong><\/td>Right-click the group title \u2192 Rename group<\/strong>, type the new name, then click outside<\/td><\/tr>
    Remove a group<\/strong><\/td>Right-click the group title \u2192 Remove the group<\/strong> \u2192 Yes<\/strong>. This is safe: its pages move to the root; they are not<\/strong> deleted<\/td><\/tr>
    Move a page to a group<\/strong><\/td>Drag the page and drop it on the group title<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
