Safety Performance Indicators<\/strong> are data-based measures used to monitor safety performance against your safety objectives. The SPI<\/strong> tab computes them automatically from the event reports, hazard reports and flight activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose the period with From<\/strong> (default: since January 1st). The printer icon prints the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Number of event report<\/strong><\/td>Reports per year (internal, regulatory, hazard events) compared with the flight activity. A rising number of reports with stable activity can mean more events, or a better reporting culture: look at the risk charts before concluding.<\/td><\/tr>
Average days from activity date to CAP<\/strong><\/td>How fast corrective action plans are provided, for internal and regulatory events.<\/td><\/tr>
Risk Mitigation Effectiveness<\/strong><\/td>Share of events in each risk zone (acceptable, acceptable with mitigation, unacceptable).<\/td><\/tr>
Risk assessment all events<\/strong> \/ Regulatory events only<\/strong><\/td>Number of events in each risk zone per year, compared with the flight activity.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Top 5 tables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Top 5<\/strong> tables list the most frequent occurrence categories in each risk zone and the most frequent root causes, for all events and for regulatory events only. 5 highest slope PKI (Monthly occurrences)<\/strong> lists the categories whose monthly number of events increases the fastest; hover over the value to see the trend details. The light grey number at the right of a line is the number of days without an event of that category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
