The Schedule<\/strong> tab is the agenda of the corrective actions planned in the Security SMS<\/strong> section of the reports (the Sched close 1 to 4<\/strong> lines).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Area<\/th>What it shows<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Calendar (left)<\/td>Three months. Days with at least one projected action are highlighted. Use the arrows to change months; the list follows the months shown.<\/td><\/tr>
List (right)<\/td>Every open<\/strong> scheduled action in the months shown: report number, projected date, person in charge, creation date and the beginning of the report text.<\/td><\/tr>
Red lines<\/strong><\/td>Actions past their projected date.<\/td><\/tr>
Red number in the tab title<\/td>How many shown actions are already overdue.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

  • Click a day in the calendar to highlight its actions in the list.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • Double-click a line to open the report in the Events<\/strong> tab, where you can set the Closing date<\/strong> of the action or send a reminder to the person in charge.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • An action disappears from the list as soon as its Closing date<\/strong> is filled in, or when the whole SMS file is closed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
