The Grid view<\/strong> shows all reports in a table. Double-click a line to open the report in the Events<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clear all filters and refresh<\/strong><\/td>Removes every filter and reloads the table.<\/td><\/tr>
Toggle Search Toolbar<\/strong><\/td>Shows a filter box under each column title. Type text (with a choice of operators such as *contains* or *equals*), pick a value in the H \/ Q \/ A \/ C lists, or choose a date range for the date columns.<\/td><\/tr>
Advanced search\u2026<\/strong><\/td>Builds a search with several conditions and groups (for example *Occurrence contains runway* AND *Closed is empty*).<\/td><\/tr>
Print<\/strong><\/td>Opens the export window (see below).<\/td><\/tr>
Select columns to show<\/strong><\/td>Shows, hides and reorders the columns. Your choice is remembered for your next visits.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Exporting to Excel or PDF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Print<\/strong> opens an export window: choose Additionals fields<\/strong> (dates, persons, SMS fields\u2026), the Page format<\/strong> and the Orientation<\/strong>, then Excel XLSX<\/strong> or Acrobat PDF<\/strong>. The export uses the current filters and sort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
