It is shown with the title <strong>QA finding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1045\" height=\"780\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding.png\" alt=\"QA finding opened with Is QA checked, QA Level, QA audits ref, the finding text and the Quality Assurance area\" class=\"wp-image-4993\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding.png 1045w, https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding-1024x764.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-finding-768x573.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">QA finding opened with Is QA checked, QA Level, QA audits ref, the finding text and the Quality Assurance area<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To create one, create the report with a QA category, or check <strong>Is QA (Answer has to be corrective)<\/strong> on an existing report (or right-click \u203a <strong>Set as QA event<\/strong>). <strong>Set as SMS event<\/strong> does the opposite.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>QA Level<\/strong> sets the level of the finding (the list shows the delay attached to each level, for example *Level 2 (30 days)*).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>QA audits ref<\/strong> links the finding to an audit of the QA program.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The member receives a QA report notification and answers with their corrective action plan.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>QA findings are listed in <strong>QA ALL Events<\/strong>, <strong>QA Open events<\/strong> and the QA group folders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Quality Assurance inspection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In every report, the <strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong> area lets a QA member record the inspection:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the <strong>edit icon<\/strong> at the right of <strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong> and write the inspection (a sample outline is proposed: financial approval, follow-up actions, persons in charge\u2026). Add files with the paper clip or by dragging them onto the area.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>QA<\/strong> at the bottom (or right-click \u203a <strong>Send QA assessment<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Choose who to alert (creator, concerned, corrector, SMS evaluator) and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-confirm.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"399\" height=\"228\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-confirm.png\" alt=\"QA confirmation with Save and Close and the Alert checkboxes\" class=\"wp-image-4992\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-confirm.png 399w, https:\/\/www.airsupervision.com\/wp-r\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/erc-qa-confirm-300x171.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">QA confirmation with Save and Close and the Alert checkboxes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The report then shows <strong>Quality assurance Inspect: date by name<\/strong>. A red cross (or right-click \u203a <strong>Remove, Reopen a QA Assessment<\/strong>) reopens it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QA monitoring of an SMS event<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For a normal event report, a QA member can select <strong>Set QA Monitoring<\/strong>: <strong>N\/A<\/strong>, <strong>To all QA<\/strong>, or a specific QA group.
