Click a report in the list to open it on the right. The panel title tells you the kind of report: Event report<\/strong>, Hazard report<\/strong>, QA finding<\/strong> or Squawk report<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field<\/th>Meaning and use<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
From<\/strong><\/td>The creator (investigator). Icons let you send them a message or an e-mail.<\/td><\/tr>
To<\/strong><\/td>The member concerned. The red envelope<\/strong> sends them a reminder (Alert again by mail<\/strong>); the person icon<\/strong> lets you Modify concerned member<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
Event category<\/strong><\/td>The group of the report. Changing it moves the report to another Event group<\/strong> folder. Saved immediately.<\/td><\/tr>
Event reference<\/strong><\/td>Your internal reference (for example a tower report number). Saved when you leave the field.<\/td><\/tr>
Activities allowed<\/strong><\/td>When checked<\/strong>, this report never restricts the member’s scheduling or activities, even if the answer is late. Hover over the help icon to see the delays applied by your organization.<\/td><\/tr>
Is QA (Answer has to be corrective)<\/strong><\/td>Turns the report into a QA finding<\/strong>: the member must analyze and propose corrective actions (QA team only).<\/td><\/tr>
QA Level<\/strong><\/td>The level of the QA finding; the delay to answer depends on it (QA findings only).<\/td><\/tr>
QA audits ref<\/strong><\/td>Links the finding to a QA audit (QA findings only).<\/td><\/tr>
Activity date<\/strong><\/td>The date of the activity the report is about.<\/td><\/tr>
Written the<\/strong><\/td>The creation date. The answer delay is counted from this date.<\/td><\/tr>
Attached files<\/td>Files added at creation. Click a file to open or download it.<\/td><\/tr>
Icons near the member photo<\/td>Red calendar<\/strong>: the member can no longer be scheduled because the report was not answered in time. Red table<\/strong>: the member can no longer start an activity (ramp out). Hover to read the delay.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Every change is recorded in the report History<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changing the member concerned<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Click the person icon next to the name in To<\/strong>. Type at least two letters, choose the new member and click Change!<\/strong>. Leave Notify new member<\/strong> and Notify (previous member)<\/strong> checked to inform both. This is only possible for event reports and QA findings, not for hazards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When to use it:<\/strong> the report was addressed to the wrong pilot, or the student moved and the instructor must answer instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
