This article is for members allowed to publish memoranda. Other members do not see the New memo<\/strong>, Task<\/strong> and Personal settings<\/strong> tabs, nor the Inactives<\/strong>, Drafts<\/strong> and Waitings<\/strong> folders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create the memorandum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the Memos center<\/strong> and click the New memo<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Click the To<\/strong> box and select the roles<\/strong> concerned in the role chart, then click Validate<\/strong>. The chart shows how many members are selected.<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Optional \u2014 Behalf<\/strong>: choose the member on whose behalf the memorandum is published (shown only to members with this permission).<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Set active from<\/strong> (leave empty for today), and if needed to<\/strong> (end date) and repeat every<\/strong> (recurrence).<\/li>\n\n\n
  5. Type the Subject<\/strong> and the text. Use Add a file<\/strong> to attach documents: in the Choose a file source<\/strong> window, pick your computer, a scanned file or a cloud service, when available (see The files<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n
  6. Optional \u2014 choose a survey in Add iSpring result<\/strong> to make it mandatory at acknowledgment.<\/li>\n\n\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong> to keep a draft, or Send<\/strong> to publish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Confirmation before publishing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When you click Send<\/strong>, a confirmation window shows how many members will be notified by e-mail. Once published, a memorandum cannot be modified or deleted<\/strong>. To correct it, set it as inactive and publish a new one (the Duplicate<\/strong> button copies its content into a new memorandum).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you do not want to notify some roles by e-mail, leave them out before sending, then add them afterwards with the green +<\/strong> next to To all<\/strong>: roles added this way are concerned by the memorandum without receiving an e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
