Information<\/th>Meaning<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
To<\/strong><\/td>You, the member concerned by the report.<\/td><\/tr>
Event category<\/strong><\/td>The type of event chosen by the sender (for example flight operations or maintenance).<\/td><\/tr>
Event reference<\/strong><\/td>An optional reference number, for example a regulatory or internal reference.<\/td><\/tr>
Activities allowed<\/strong><\/td>Read-only box set by the sender. When it is checked, this report never restricts your activities<\/strong>, even if you answer late. When it is not checked, the restrictions described in What happens if you do not answer<\/strong> apply. Hover over the help icon to see the delays used by your organization.<\/td><\/tr>
Activity date<\/strong><\/td>The date of the activity during which the event happened.<\/td><\/tr>
Written the<\/strong><\/td>The date the report was created. The answer delay is counted from this date.<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Icons under the photo<\/td>A red calendar icon means scheduling is forbidden<\/strong> because the report was not answered in time. A red table icon means ramp out (starting an activity) is forbidden<\/strong> for the same reason. Hover over each icon to read the delay.<\/td><\/tr>
Report text<\/td>The description of the event written by the sender, often ending with questions you are asked to answer. Attached files, if any, are listed under the dates.<\/td><\/tr>
Answer<\/strong><\/td>Your answer area.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
