Adding an e-training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Add a project<\/strong> (bottom right of the list).<\/li>\n\n\n
  2. Fill in the E-training details<\/strong> window (see the option reference below).<\/li>\n\n\n
  3. Select the iSpring ZIP file, or enter the iSpring URL.<\/li>\n\n\n
  4. Click Add<\/strong>. The list is refreshed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Modifying an e-training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the e-training in the list.<\/li>\n\n\n
    2. Change the fields in the E-training details<\/strong> window.<\/li>\n\n\n
    3. Click Modify<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The history<\/strong> section at the bottom left shows who created the e-training and who modified it last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Option reference<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Left side: description and rules<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      Option<\/th>What it is used for<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
      Title<\/strong><\/td>Name shown to members. Mandatory.<\/td><\/tr>
      Description<\/strong><\/td>Short text shown under the title.<\/td><\/tr>
      Type<\/strong><\/td>Course with slides<\/strong>, Evaluation Quizz<\/strong>, Course and quizz<\/strong> or Survey<\/strong>. It sets the icon and label members see.<\/td><\/tr>
      Score to pass<\/strong><\/td>Minimum score in % (0 to 100). 0 means finishing is enough.<\/td><\/tr>
      Duration max<\/strong><\/td>Maximum time in minutes, shown to members. 0 means no limit shown.<\/td><\/tr>
      Competency<\/strong><\/td>Competency added or renewed when the member passes. See Linking an e-training to a competency<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr>
      Automatic expiry date<\/strong><\/td>How the new expiry date of the competency is calculated: 30 days, 60 days (the date is calculated as 90 days later, and members see “90 days”), 180 days, 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year, or the 1st day of the 7th, 13th, 25th, 37th or 61st month. “none” sets no expiry date.<\/td><\/tr>
      Responsible<\/strong><\/td>Member who receives an email about results. Type at least 2 letters and pick the member.<\/td><\/tr>
      Alert<\/strong><\/td>When the responsible is warned: never warn<\/strong>, When exam passed<\/strong>, When exam failed<\/strong>, when failed or passed<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      Right side: access and options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      Option<\/th>What it is used for<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
      All members<\/strong><\/td>Opens the e-training to every member. Use it only when no roles are selected.<\/td><\/tr>
      Or:<\/strong> (roles box)<\/td>Click the box to choose roles in the organization chart. Members of these roles can follow the e-training even without holding the competency.<\/td><\/tr>
      Set as inactive<\/strong><\/td>Removes the e-training from members’ lists without deleting it.<\/td><\/tr>
      Hide<\/strong><\/td>Hides the e-training from members’ lists. Useful for surveys launched from a memorandum.<\/td><\/tr>
      At the end<\/strong><\/td>Do nothing<\/strong>, Validate System Quizz<\/strong> (records the result as an e-training, with competency renewal) or Validate System Memoranda<\/strong> (marks the memorandum that launched it as read and saves the answers).<\/td><\/tr>
      Insert copy<\/strong><\/td>Saves a copy of the results in the member’s files. Valid for quizzes.<\/td><\/tr>
      Locked results file<\/strong><\/td>Level a person needs to open that copy in the member’s files.<\/td><\/tr>
      Send results to member<\/strong><\/td>Marks the results to be sent to the member. Ask your administrator whether this is active for your organization.<\/td><\/tr>
      Keep track<\/strong><\/td>Lets members leave a course and resume at the last slide. Valid for course types.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      Upload or modify iSpring data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      Option<\/th>What it is used for<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
      Ispring URL<\/strong><\/td>Address of the e-training when it is hosted on iSpring Space. Members open it in a new tab.<\/td><\/tr>
      Or Ispring files (1 ZIP file only)<\/strong><\/td>Click the field to select the ZIP exported by iSpring. At its root, the ZIP must contain the data<\/strong> folder and the index.html<\/strong> file, as shown in the window. The maximum size is shown under the field.<\/td><\/tr>
      Force deletion of old files<\/strong><\/td>Shown when files already exist. Check it to replace the existing content with the new ZIP. Without it, the new ZIP is ignored on modification.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      To send results back to AirSupervision, the iSpring project must be configured with the results address shown at the top of the E-training Manager page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      file is not a ZIP file!<\/td>Select the ZIP exported by iSpring, not a folder or another file.<\/td><\/tr>
      File error!<\/td>The ZIP could not be opened or does not contain index.html at its root. Export again from iSpring and retry.<\/td><\/tr>
      Responsible does not exists!<\/td>Remove the responsible and pick the member again from the suggestions.<\/td><\/tr>
      Project does not exists!<\/td>The e-training was deleted meanwhile.
