This chapter is for members with the <strong>Can review E-courses<\/strong> credential who are listed as reviewers of the course area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finding the courses waiting for you<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Status<\/strong> section of the Filters panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Status<\/th><th>Shows<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>To review<\/strong> (red)<\/td><td>Courses whose new or modified content is waiting for validation. The number in brackets is the count.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>To correct<\/strong> (green)<\/td><td>Courses with open correction requests.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A coloured dot on the <strong>Status<\/strong> title reminds you that something is waiting, even when the section is folded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Viewing published or pending content<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you click a course that is waiting for review, AirSupervision asks: &#8220;This E-course has a pending content to be reviewed! Do you wish to view the published content or the pending content to be reviewed?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Published content<\/strong> opens the version members currently see.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending content<\/strong> opens the new version that waits for your validation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Compare both before deciding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Setting a course as reviewed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the <strong>rubber stamp<\/strong> icon on the card, or right-click and choose <strong>Set as Reviewed<\/strong>, then answer <strong>Yes<\/strong> to &#8220;Are you sure you want to set this course as REVIEWED ?&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What happens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>The current published files are saved as a backup.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The pending content becomes the published content.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>The course is visible again to the members who have access to it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Your name and the date are recorded in the course history (<strong>Reviewed<\/strong> column of the Advanced view).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Handling correction requests<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Correction requests list slides that need to be checked or changed. Select a line, then use the toolbar at the bottom left:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Icon<\/th><th>Action<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Circular arrows<\/td><td>Refresh the list.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Check mark<\/td><td><strong>Set as reviewed<\/strong>: the correction is done. The line is shown in grey.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Return arrow<\/td><td><strong>To review<\/strong>: reopen a correction that was marked as done.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>X<\/td><td><strong>Deny<\/strong>: reject the request.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the window is closed, the course list is refreshed and the <strong>To correct<\/strong> counter is updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restoring a backup<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every time content is replaced by a reviewer (validation or <strong>Force deletion of old files<\/strong>), AirSupervision keeps a backup of the previous files. A red <strong>clock with arrow<\/strong> icon appears on the card when backups exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Click the icon, or right-click and choose <strong>Restore backup files<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Restore backups<\/strong> window, choose a backup session (date and time).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Restore<\/strong>, then <strong>Yes<\/strong> to &#8220;Are you sure you want to restore this backup. Actual files will be overwritten if exists!&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Close<\/strong> to leave without restoring.
