All these actions are available from the icons on the card and from the right-click menu of the card. They appear only for the courses of the areas you manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Launch e-course<\/strong><\/td>Opens the course like a member.<\/td><\/tr>
Edit<\/strong><\/td>Opens the Modify a Course<\/strong> window.<\/td><\/tr>
Duplicate<\/strong><\/td>Opens an Add Course<\/strong> window pre-filled with the settings of the course (title followed by “(copy)”, area, language, roles, options). Upload the content, adjust the fields and click Add<\/strong>. Useful to create the French version of an English course, or a new edition.<\/td><\/tr>
Delete<\/strong><\/td>Deletes the course after confirmation (see below).<\/td><\/tr>
Un-delete<\/strong><\/td>Shown on inactive courses: reactivates the course.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Deleting a course<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the recycle bin<\/strong> on the card (or Delete<\/strong> in the menu). Confirm with Delete<\/strong> in the message “Are you sure you want to delete this course. If it is in use, it will be set as inactive!”. Click Cancel<\/strong> to keep the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A course nobody has opened<\/strong> is deleted with its files.<\/li>\n\n\n
  • A course already opened by at least one member<\/strong> is only set as inactive, so the members’ progress history is kept. The message “This project has been used! project has been set as inactive!” confirms it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Showing and reactivating inactive courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Switch on Display inactives<\/strong> under the search box. Inactive courses appear with a faded cover and an undo arrow<\/strong>.
